Singlish.lk (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by KDJ Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website at singlish.lk and the Singlish Offline Pro Windows application.

By using our services you agree to this policy.

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and optional phone number.

Payment details: We collect the bank transfer reference you submit with your order. We do not store card numbers — payments are made via direct bank transfer.

Usage data: We may collect anonymised analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included.

Singlish Offline Pro: The desktop app runs entirely on your device. Your keystrokes are never transmitted to our servers. All processing is local.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure that complies with industry security standards. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@kdj.lk.

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may not function correctly.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their practices.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
