Terms of Use

By accessing or using Singlish.lk or Singlish Offline Pro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Singlish.lk provides Sinhala typing tools including a web-based typing and voice tool, and a Windows desktop IME (Singlish Offline Pro). The Service is operated by KDJ Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.

• A Pro license is valid for one year from the date of approval.
• Licenses are issued per user and are non-transferable.
• You may install Singlish Offline Pro on your personal devices for your own use.
• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of license keys is strictly prohibited.
• Renewal is required each year at the current rate to maintain Pro access.

Payment is made via direct bank transfer to KDJ Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. Orders are reviewed manually and a license key will be issued within 2–6 business hours of payment verification.

All payments are strictly non-refundable. Once a bank transfer is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental payment, or non-use of the service. Please ensure you are certain before making a payment.

If you experience a technical issue with the product, contact us at hello@kdj.lk and we will do our best to resolve it — but this does not entitle you to a refund.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass license verification or authentication
• Share, resell, or sublicense your Pro license key

All content, software, branding, and materials on Singlish.lk and in Singlish Offline Pro are the intellectual property of KDJ Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
