Yansaya (්ය) And Rakaransaya (්ර) Quick Guide
A practical Sinhala typing guide for yansaya and rakaransaya combinations in daily writing.
What They Are
Yansaya is the -y glide attachment (්ය) after a consonant. Rakaransaya is the -r attachment (්ර).
These are common in formal Sinhala and proper names.
Typing Pattern
Use clear consonant clusters in your latin input (kya/kra, gya/gra, tya/tra).
If shaping is not exact at first, choose the best suggestion from the candidate list.
Common Mistake
Typing too fast without vowel clarity can collapse clusters. Keep cluster + vowel explicit for better output.
